Aluminum 6061 circle is a versatile, heat treated alloy made primarily of 97.9% aluminium, containing 0.8–1.2% magnesium and 0.4–0.8% silicon, providing excellent corrosion resistance and strength. It contains 0.15 copper –0.4%, 0.04–0.35% Traces of chromium, 0.25% zinc, titanium, manganese and iron are also present. Known for its mechanical properties, Aluminum 6061 exhibits a tensile strength of about 310 MPa and a yield strength of 276 MPa, with excellent fatigue resistance and a hardness of 95 HB It expands by about 12% at break, and provides formability and excellent machinery. Widely used in aerospace, automotive, and construction, Aluminum 6061 balances strength, power, and lightness in rounds.
