Aluminium 7075 fittings are composed primarily of aluminium (90%), with zinc (5.6-6.1%), magnesium (2.1-2.5%), copper (1.2-2%), and trace amounts of chromium, silicon, iron, manganese, and titanium. This composition ensures high strength and superior corrosion resistance. Aluminium 7075 exhibits excellent tensile strength (572 MPa), yield strength (503 MPa), and impressive fatigue resistance, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications. Its hardness ranges between 150-160 Brinell.
